1.  Collect  demand  and  regularly  check  the  quality,  delivery,  cost  of  office  supply  and  drinking  water,  define  improvement;

  2.  Check  the  cost  of  canteen,  shuttle  bus,  rental  car  and  HR  department  daily  expense

  3.  Management  of  personal  files  and  collective  registered  residence;

  4.  Professional  title  and  government  subsidy  application;

  5.  Flight  ticket  booking

  6.  Invitation  letter  ,  VISA  application  and  related  insurance;

  7.  Support  ER  activities;

  8.  Other  issues  assigned  by  HR  &  Admin  manager.
